How to order your HIT-Kit

 

Please note: Universities, Academic and Educational Institutions are kindly asked to order the HIT-Kit directly from CMP, EUROPRACTICE, Fraunhofer IIS or MOSIS, our longtime partners taking care of our MPW and low volume customers worldwide.

  • Sign a Confidentiality Agreement (1)

  • Sign a HIT-Kit License Agreement (2)

  • Send completed documents (two signed originals) back to austriamicrosystems:

How to install your HIT-Kit

Confidentiality Agreement New customers need to sign a Confidentiality Agreement with austriamicrosystems AG. A mutual confidentiality agreement contains all terms and conditions to keep all disclosed information strictly confidential. Both parties shall, for their mutual benefit and in connection with their co-operation in the development and manufacture of integrated circuits, exchange and thereby disclose to each other confidential information; the parties seek to secure the confidentiality of such information by the terms of and in accordance with this agreement. The Confidentiality Agreement is available through your local austriamicrosystems sales office (location details).

 
HIT-Kit License Agreement The HIT-Kit License Agreement contains all terms and conditions of a non-exclusive and non-transferable right and license to use the HIT-Kit (High Performance Interface Tool-Kit) with all its included software programs and libraries. HIT-Kit Request Form The HIT-Kit Request Form is your formal HIT-Kit order. Please specify the required HIT-Kit for the relevant software product as well as the preferred technologies. The HIT-Kit can be ordered using the online request form.

 
License Fee The Digital HIT-Kit is provided free of charge. As defined in the HIT-Kit License Agreement, attachment "B" License Terms, the Mixed-Signal HIT-Kit is subject to a license fee. This one-time license fee includes all technologies and all future updates.

 
HIT-Kit Shipment After receipt of the signed Confidentiality Agreements, the HIT-Kit License Agreements, the HIT-Kit Request Form and the optional purchase order, the HIT-Kit DVD-ROM will be delivered via Courier Service.
