austriamicrosystems Full Service Foundry would like to introduce a new service for all registered users on its ASIC server. Every registered user may now easily and comfortably personalize his/her web server account and customize the content of the download area. By simply selecting checkboxes, you may configure the web page displaying your preferred process technology, simulation models and design environment.

EEPROM / FLASH IP BLOCK SURVEY

Thank you to all of you who already completed our EEPROM / Flash IP Block Survey! Sent out on November 29th to more than 1700 registered ASIC Server users, we asked you to give us feedback on your EEPROM and Flash IP block requirements. You all gave us valuable feedback and suggestions in order to further expand our IP block portfolio. We appreciate the constructive inputs as well as positive comments.

The survey is still online and may be completed here!

UPDATED CIRCUIT SIMULATION PARAMETERS

The following circuit simulation models for the various simulators and technologies have been updated recently:
  • C35, S35: Bsim model update from rev 3v3.1 to 3v3.2: Bulk current model for low voltage nmos and pmos (3.3V, 5.0V) introduced

HIT-Kit Training: A three day intensive course on mixed-mode design methodology will take place from January 23-25, 2006 at austriamicrosystems in Unterpremstaetten. The aim of this course is to enable designers of integrated circuits to understand the design methodology for complex mixed-mode ASICs as well as to gain insight into the austriamicrosystems design flow. This 3 day intensive course for digital, analog and mixed-signal designers is the ideal chance to experience the power of our best-in-class HIT-Kit using state-of-the-art tools from Cadence (Ambit BuildGates, Assura, ...) - don't miss it! Fast prototyping schedule 2006 for CMOS, High-Voltage CMOS and SiGe-BiCMOS processes announced. austriamicrosystems pioneered the Multi Project Wafer service concept and celebrates the 20 years of offering a cost-efficient and fast ASIC prototyping service by combining several designs from different customers onto one wafer.
