GSA Mixed-Signal/RF Process Design Kit Checklists for hitkit 4.10


ams AG is pleased to be a member of the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA). The mission of the Analog/Mixed-Signal Working Group is to provide a non-competitive forum for the AMS community to explore and discuss critical aspects of successful AMS implementation including scaling, integration, DFM, verification, test, and power efficiencies and identify key elements that can improve efficiencies, design productivity, and profitability.


The GSA’s Analog/Mixed-Signal Working Group has released its Mixed-Signal/RF PDK Checklist, which provides information to showcase ams’ superior quality of devices and tools available.


The checklist helps to obtain a better understanding of the source data, completeness and quality of the PDK before using it to design ICs or to modify it to fit into your in-house design flow. The GSA Mixed-Signal/RF PDK Checklist and a Checklist Users Guide can be downloaded free of charge from the GSA Web site
