GSA Mixed-Signal/RF Process Design Kit Guidelines for HIT-Kit 3.72

The purpose of the Mixed-Signal, RF Foundry Subcommittee is to accelerate the formation of an advanced mixed-signal/RF foundry supply chain and ecosystem for fabless and hybrid companies. The GSA’s Mixed-Signal/RF Foundry Committee’s PDK working group has released its Mixed-Signal/RF PDK Checklist, which provides guidelines to showcase austriamicrosystems superior quality of devices and tools available. 

The checklist describes simulation models, technology files, design rule files and parameterized cell generators used to design today’s complex mixed-signal and RF ICs and allows a quick comparison between different releases of our HIT-Kit. It also provides an easy mechanism for customers to benchmark and realise the superiority of our HIT-Kit against PDKs from other foundries. This is another important step in our mission to provide extraordinary customer service and enable first-time right chip designs.
