High Voltage Output Protection Cell

 

Functional Description

OA20 is a general purpose analog output cell. Protection is provided by a poly-resistor and reverse biased diodes to VSSA. Diodes to p-substrate (VSSA) and to the high voltage supply pin (VDDA) act as limiting elements for latch up measurements. The IO-port can be connected directly to the output of MOS-transistors.
