Functional Description

TG2_HV is a single transmission gate for high voltage applications. It is intended for use in switch-analog circuits and has symmetrically sized device geometries for minimal clock feedthrough.
This cell uses floating DMOS transistors. Therefore it can be also used in floating systems.
