Functional Description

TG1_LVF is a single transmission gate with small MOSFET dimensions. It is intended for use in switched-analog circuits and has symmetrically sized device geometries for minimal clock feedthrough.
This cell uses floating DMOS transistors. Therefore it can be also used in floating systems.
