High Frequency RC-Oscillator

 

Functional Description

RCOSC2 is a simple RC oscillator for internal digital clock purpose. No external components are required. The stability depends mainly on the reference current IB1U. RES = high clamps the output voltage CLK = high (no power down function). The reference current controls the frequency linearly.

This cell requires a single 5V supply and a bias current.
