RCOSC1

Low Frequency RC-Oscillator

Functional Description

RCOSC1 is a simple RC oscillator for internal digital clock purpose. No external components are required. The stability depends mainly on the reference current IBC. The reference current controls the frequency linearly. If the input RES is set to high then the output OSC is clamped to high (no power down function).

This cell requires a single 5V supply and two bias currents.
