Functional Description

OTA01 is a transconductance operational amplifier with a HV-PMOS input stage and external biasing. The amplifier is designed for universal applications.

The OTA has a powerdown mode to permit very low standby currents. This mode is controlled by the complementary signals "PD_HV" ;"XPD_HV" (VSSA...VDDH) and PD (VSSA...VSSA+5V).
