Functional Description

LS01 is a low voltage (VDDA=5V) to high voltage (VDDH=5...20V) digital levelshifter. The input threshold is at VDDA/2. This cell is provided for driving high voltage digital cells.

A high voltage supply and a 5V digital supply are required for this cell.
