Functional Description

CPC02 is a static comparator without hysteresis. It uses GAP-MOS transistors and isolated low voltage NMOS Transistors, therefore it can be used in floating systems. The comparator has a PMOS high voltage input stage and a low voltage floating output stage.

The comparator has a power-down mode to permit very low standby currents. This mode is controlled by the complementary signals "PD" and "XPD". PD = High (VDDA) and XPD = Low (VSSA) -> OUT = High (VDDA).
