Description

The RC43 and RC43SB macro cells are second order Sallen&Key lowpass filters for smoothing and antialiasing applications. RC43 uses OP02B and RC43SB uses SB1 as operational amplifier. Using RC43SB an input and output range from VSS to VDD can be applied.
As passive elements poly capacitors and poly2 resistors on top of poly1 are used. This distributed RC-network gives better linearity than filters using n-well resistors.
These two macro cells can be used as smoothing filters for sigma-delta- and digital-to-analogue-converters.
