Note:
This cell has reduced ESD protection as the RBLOCK resistor is less than the
minimum value specified in rule P05G of the LV ESD Design Rules Document
ENG-41.
For this cell the CLAMP diodes to the internal power busses have to be added by the
designer. It is the responsibility of the designer to complete his design according
to the ESD design rules.
